Beaderz is a small, home based business licensed in Salt Lake County, Utah, USA, owned and operated by Tania Steinbruegge (formerly Tania diPalma).
Beaderz began officially in May, 2000, when I found that I was spending too much time and money on beads for myself and friends. Since then, I have committed myself to continuously improve
my techniques, product offering, and ease of use for customers' online ordering experience.
I personally create each piece by hand, with the exception of the quality beadwork offered by fellow "beaderz". The items offered by fellow "beaderz" are indicated in the photo description such as "Adornable, Caroline's Creations, or Jem Studios". Each piece of beadwork meets the Beaderz' high standards for creativity and workmanship.
As this is a home based business, I do most of my beading in the evenings and weekends. I do, however, often employ local beadwork artists or assistants to help with large orders or to accommodate quick turnaround times. In the end, each piece is either handcrafted personally by me or is inspected by me to ensure the high quality standards at Beaderz.
