Return Policy: We will gladly replace or refund your purchase within 7 days of purchase (excluding shipping). Returns between 8 days and 15 days will be issued a store credit (excluding shipping). No returns will be allowed after 16 days. Simply send your item(s) back to us and state the reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund. If an exchange is preferred, be sure to include your mailing address along with appropriate payment for shipping costs. If your return is due to a flaw in the design and you would like an exchange or repair, the return shipping charge will be waived.
Don't forget that we love to do custom beadwork! Simply email us your request. We will begin work on your project once we have settled on colors, style, price and timing. Once we have completed your project, we will contact you with a picture for you to preview for approval. And some items already have a link to purchase your custom beadwork immediately!
