Local Pickup (Sanger, TX)

If you're in or near Sanger, Texas, feel free to indicate 'I'll pick it up myself' during checkout. We'll contact you to coordinate local pickup close to the Lake Ray Roberts Dam. It’s a great way to save on shipping and get your items a little faster.

Shipping Info

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on current USPS pricing, so you’ll always pay the most accurate rate for your order — no inflated costs, no surprises.

• In-stock items usually leave the studio within 1–2 business days.

• Custom items ship once design is complete — generally 3--5 business days after order.

• We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Sales Tax

Sales tax for Texas orders is calculated automatically at checkout. For all other states, tax isn’t applied. Simple, transparent, and one less thing to worry about.

Refunds & Returns

Because every piece is made to matter, we want you to love what you receive.

• Ready-made keepsakes: If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 7 days and we’ll gladly replace or refund.

• Custom keepsakes: Since these are created just for you, we can’t offer refunds once they’re in production — unless, of course, something arrives damaged.
